We are looking for skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Construction Operatives to join our team. JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Multi-Skilled Construction Operative, you will play a vital role in delivering essential repairs and maintenance to occupied properties in and around Nottingham. Your work will primarily involve attending properties in need of repair and performing tasks to the highest standard, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be expected to provide a weekly list of addresses to attend and submit a brief report upon completion.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a multi-skilled operative, preferably in reactive maintenance or social housing.
• Valid CSCS card (Blue card preferred).
• Own tools, PPE, and a vehicle (preferably a van).
• Public liability insurance.
• UTR number.
• Strong communication skills (English essential).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in some of the following trades is highly advantageous:
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Roofing
• Re-pointing/Bricklaying
• Carpentry
• Painting & Decorating

• Attend occupied properties and carry out essential repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellent customer care while working in tenants’ homes.
• Complete reports before starting and after finishing each job.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness on site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring punctuality.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
