JOB DESCRIPTION:

American Process Management (APM) is hiring a Construction Office Manager to join our team. APM works with Fortune 500 companies to bring real-time analytics to capital projects. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in industrial construction in either project engineering, project controls, or project management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead project efforts related to purchase order management, change management, project administration, and project documentation
  • Interface with internal teams, engineering, contractors, and vendors
  • Work with project management to lead construction contract administration, including bid package development, bid evaluation, contractor mobilization meetings, and contractor status update meetings
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of critical project statistical information (i.e., material quantities installed, man hours worked, early v. late start, budget analysis, etc.)
  • Building effective working relationships with the project management, plant management, contractors, suppliers, and other entities involved with the project
