CONSTRUCTION OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME)
We are looking for an individual to provide administrative and service support to ensure efficient operations of our busy siding company. This role requires someone to bridge the gap between subcontractors, site managers, suppliers, builders and homeowners by maintaining accurate records, managing documentation and coordinating communication.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- - Familiarity with construction terminology and processes an asset.
- - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
