Construction Operations Coordinator
Summary
This role will support the growing Construction Department in a variety of functions such as: project closeout, vendor management, reporting, administration, and document maintenance. This role will work closely with all members of the Construction Team and interact with other Shake Shack departments and vendors
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction project closeout processes
Initiate project start and outline scope with Shake Shack owner vendors
Support tenant allowance requests
Obtain required pre-construction and Contract documents
Maintain project info in Shake Shack web-based systems and distribute weekly/monthly reports
Perform administrative functions within Shake Shack web-based systems
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proven success in managing construction projects for a restaurant chain or similar retail environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
