We are currently seeking a well-rounded, experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of excavation and site development operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in excavation, site work, or heavy civil construction
  • Proven track record in operations or project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Valid driver’s license; OSHA certifications a plus
