JOB SUMMARY

RetroAIM is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager (OM) to lead our field and warehouse operations. The OM ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory and contract requirements. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence. While the home office is located in Sanford, NC, the primary work will be performed in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in environmental services, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage field and warehouse operations staff, including AOM(s), Warehouse Manager, and Operations Assistant.
  • Develop and maintain the operational schedule, including manpower allocation and project start dates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct weekly job-site visits to ensure project quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Approve equipment purchases and repairs within budget limits.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for operations staff.
  • Administer workplace behavior, EEO, and harassment policies at the branch level.
  • Maintain communication with field personnel and customers.
  • Manage waste handling, labeling, and disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.
  • Participate in backlog meetings and post-project reviews.
