We are hiring a Construction Performance Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM brings real-time analytics and financial analysis to large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $4 billion in total cost.

This position is based out of Charlotte, NC with 50% travel to visit project sites.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interface with project management and contractors on +$1 billion projects
  • Analyze project KPIs and proactively communicate contractor performance trends
  • Validate future projections by analyzing contractor reports, schedule, and financials
  • Track and report on project productivity rates, installation, and scope change
  • Proactively work with cost analyst and scheduling teams to ensure remaining scope is properly accounted for
  • Drive consistency, accuracy and integrity of project data across engineering and construction

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt to evolving environments and handle multiple priorities

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
