Description

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Construction Engineering Technology 3-6 years of relevant inspection or field engineering experience on heavy civil infrastructure projects such as transit, tunnels, stations, or bridges PEO registration would be an asset but not a requirement Working knowledge of CSA, OPSS, and relevant municipal or provincial standards Familiarity with design review and ESDC processes in a consulting engineering environment Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures, excavation support systems, and underground utilities Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, large-scale project environment Strong ability to multi-task under pressure and time constraints to meet various deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail Effective organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to utilize computer software such as MS Word and Excel, including experience with tracking software G License is required
