Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers for accurate monthly project status reports and implement a new reporting system, including site visits to ongoing Sydney projects.
  • Ensure construction data reflects project progress through on-site engagement.
  • Contribute to tender programmes and methodologies and development and provide strategic guidance during submissions.
  • Deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Stay updated on construction techniques for project integration and optimize construction efficiency through detailed building sequence markups.
  • Incorporate best construction techniques into tenders and drawings.
  • Develop logical program sequences and validate durations with input from subcontractors and bid team.
  • Transform tender programs into contract versions, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions.
  • Implement monthly reporting protocols, provide training, and maintain accurate reports.
  • Create precise construction programs, collaborate with site teams, and monitor on-site activities.
  • Adhere to quality procedures, maintain uniformity in project calendars and program appearances.
  • Fulfill head contract obligations and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members.
