POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple projects, ensuring that materials, equipment, and subcontracted services are sourced cost-effectively, delivered on time, and meet project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in procurement/project management software (e.g., Buildertrend)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
