Production Administrator
Our company is looking to add an experienced Production Administrator to our team. United Construction Solutions LLC is located in Arnold Mo. We are looking for a person who has the required experience and is looking to expand their career and work in a fast-paced growing company.

MINIMUM 4+ YEARS OF ACTUAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Job position requires handling of easy 1-2 day projects as well as multi month commercial renovation projects. Understanding the importance of following a schedule, documenting production/safety, and overall workmanship is essential to this position.
If you have the below qualifications then you can expect to make $65,000+ a year within 1 year of employment with our company. We offer training and have proven methods to keep projects on track and within budget.

JOB POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Good communicator and enjoys meeting new people/customers.
  • Ability to manage some company construction projects and network with customers.
  • Managing & Scheduling projects from beginning to end, after office training and assistance.
  • Ability to review all plans and specifications in great detail.
  • Ability to provide a complete and detailed scope of work based on company requirements/templates. After training.
  • Must be able to read and interpret all project specification manuals.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
  • Transfer all costs/data to a company estimating spreadsheet when needed.
  • Verify and complete quantity material take-offs, when needed.
  • Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
  • Ensure that construction activities move according to pre determined schedule.
  • Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
  • Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a daily basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams. (when applicable)
  • Periodic inspection of construction sites.
  • Will attend and/or accompany construction and progress meetings when necessary
  • Serve as a key link with the clients and sub-contractors.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to learn CMS software.
  • MS Office Experience: Word, and Excel.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to develop work relationships and assist our clients.
  • Effectively communicate with clients onsite
  • Must be a motivated detailed individual
  • Has valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and cell phone
  • Understand all aspects of the construction phases
  • Travel maybe required at times, additional pay is included.
  • Must pass background check including criminal check and driving record
  • Desire and enjoy meeting new people with purpose of helping them
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
