THE TALENT WE SEEK:

Massa Multimedia Architecture (MMA) is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects from planning through completion. With a reputation for innovation, collaboration, and client-focused solutions, MMA partners with leading organizations across healthcare, retail, commercial, education, and mixed-use markets. We are looking for a motivated professional who can bring leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will oversee all phases of construction projects with a high level of commitment and dedication, managing schedules, budgets, and contract terms while representing MMA in a leadership role at client and project meetings. You will coordinate vendor orders and deliveries, track project activities and permitting deadlines, and ensure quality control throughout construction. Responsibilities also include managing supplies and required deliverables, communicating status updates, revisions, and change orders, and building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); Registered Architect is a plus
7–10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare or commercial sectors
Strong organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet; knowledge of CAD, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloude, and Revit a plus
Proven ability to oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders effectively
Skilled collaborator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Outstanding knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction administration procedures
Positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to travel to project sites within the United States.
