Responsibilities

​Project Management (External)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolving any concerns.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to align expectations throughout the project.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Project Coordination (Internal)

  • Organize project schedules, allocate resources, and manage internal teams.
  • Handle project submittals, Change Orders, and ensure timely Close-outs.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute projects on time and according to plan.
  • Assist the Project Manager in daily tasks to keep projects on track.

Project Budget Management

  • Keep track of project budgets, report variances, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Update senior management regularly and adjust resources to stay within budget.
  • Analyze costs and suggest ways to optimize spending and boost profitability.

Health & Safety Administration (H&S Admin)

  • Manage the company’s health and safety procedures via the designated platform.
  • Oversee hazard boards, conduct investigations, and monitor safety compliance.

Implement risk reduction measures and quickly address safety issues.

  • Foster a strong safety culture across all projects.
