We’re looking for a Construction Project Coordinator in Johnston, RI, to take command of the behind-the-scenes operations that make our fieldwork possible. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the key link between operations, engineering, vendors, and field crews — keeping schedules tight, logistics running smoothly, and documentation aligned from bid to build.

WHAT WE NEED

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in construction, utility, oil, gas, or related industries
  • Strong multitasking ability — able to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), scheduling tools, and database management
  • JD Edwards experience a plus
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
