Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to manage various construction projects . The ideal candidate will have expertise in project coordination, construction software, and possess strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Prepare and submit project bids
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and other relevant software
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
