OVERVIEW

We deliver high-quality commercial construction (Retail and Industrial) projects across the GTA, on time and on budget. We’re looking for a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to keep schedules, budgets, and stakeholders aligned — all while ensuring compliance with Ontario standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR college diploma in Construction Technology/Techniques or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years in construction coordination or project administration.
  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code & local construction practices.
  • Skilled with MS Office, MS Project, and some experience in CAD will be an asset.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including permits, proposals, contracts, and change orders.
  • Weekly site tours and meetings and conduct follow-ups on action items.
  • Prepare and update project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Support procurement processes and ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time
  • Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Attend site meetings and conduct follow-ups on action items
