There is an opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
The position is full-time / permanent. Hours are Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Construction related degree or diploma;
5+ years of experience, preferably in ICI construction;
Valid Ontario ‘G’ Driver’s License;
Facilitating Project Managers and Superintendents throughout construction;
Planning, scheduling and coordinating;
Preparing construction schedules, shop drawing schedules and quotes on extras to contract;
Liase with owners, consultants and subcontractors;
Resolving issues as they may arise;
Any other task or issue as it relates to each project;
