JOB SUMMARY

The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project managers and site teams in planning, executing, and closing construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and communications across all phases of construction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination or related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety practices.

    Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice review, and cost control.
  • Support compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and report issues or delays to project managers.
  • Attend site meetings and record minutes or action items.
