• Assist in overseeing MEP commercial projects from start to finish (closeout and vendor invoicing)
• Data entry and management into various systems
• Assisting PM with field-team-member tasks including authenticating timecards as needed
• Openly communicate with PM, alerting them to situations that require attention as well as maintaining open lines of communication with the project team
• Manage project resources, documentation, subcontractor compliance, and change orders to support smooth project execution.
• Prepare and deliver project close-out packages and O&M manuals
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to internal teams and clients; manage invoicing and warranty requests
  Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 3:30pm, on site
  Pay: $48,000 - 52,000 annually, depending on experience
