  • Analyze plans and specifications to fully understand the scope of work
  • Prepare and update project execution schedules
  • Negotiate and award contracts to subcontractors
  • Write project follow-up reports
  • Collaborate closely with site superintendents
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed on construction sites
  • Monitor change notices and assess their impacts
  • Actively participate in site, kickoff, and post-mortem meetings
  • Inform management of any anomalies or unforeseen issues on-site
  • Control the budget and provide regular, detailed cost assessments
  • Negotiate extras with subcontractors and keep senior management informed
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards outlined in contractual documents
  • Approve invoices related to subcontractor work
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and partners
  • Manage material pricing weekly in collaboration with site superintendents
