COMMUNICATION SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in project management or construction administration is REQUIRED.
• Field experience is PREFERRED over strictly office experience.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft 360, Plangrid, Procore, OST, Quick Bid).
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (preferred over technical/detail ability)

JOB PURPOSE:

The project engineer role exists to support the project management team in ensuring Division 10 projects are executed with precision, quality, and within the established schedule and budget. The Project Engineer will leverage Procore to coordinate and manage project information, maintain compliance, and assist with project reporting and communication.
