Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Review CSA drawings (IFC, shop drawings, as-builts) and highlight discrepancies or design issues. Support preparation and review of method statements, material submissions, and technical documents. Coordinate with MEP, HSE, QS, and design teams to ensure alignment across disciplines. Raise RFIs and track responses to ensure timely resolution of technical queries. Assist in daily monitoring of civil, structural, and architectural works: Earthworks, foundations, concrete works Structural steel installation Building envelope, roofing, cladding Internal finishes, roads, drainage, infrastructure Verify work execution against approved drawings and specifications. Track contractor manpower, equipment, and work progress. Support inspections and work sign‑offs with QA/QC teams. Ensure all CSA works comply with Vietnamese codes and project standards. Prepare quality checklists and assist with site inspections. Maintain records of tests, inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions. Support compilation of as-built documentation and handover files.. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Track site issues, constraints, and mitigation actions. Attend site coordination meetings and document minutes and follow‑ups. Assist in verifying contractor progress claims with quantity checks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in CSA/site engineering for industrial or commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and technical standards. Familiarity with Vietnamese building codes and basic international standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
