Description
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer III to support the Construction Program Management Office (PMO) for a large public education program. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in Change Orders, Field Orders, document reviews, and coordination across multiple active construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep complex construction programs moving smoothly—especially within public-sector or education environments. *Salary Range: $120K/Year-$130K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Hybrid Schedule: One (1) work-from-home (WFH) day per week Key Responsibilities: Review and process Change Orders (COs) and Field Orders (FOs) for construction projects Coordinate with PMO staff and College Project Teams to ensure timely approvals Perform detailed reviews of construction documents for accuracy and completeness Maintain logs, trackers, and electronic project files Read and interpret construction plans and drawings Participate in coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting Support closeout documentation and lessons learned Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain task logs and support periodic reporting requirements for PMP management review Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in construction or a similar role Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Hands-on experience with Bluebeam and Adobe for document review Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Experience Change Order and supporting documentation experience Education or campus-based construction projects Large program or multi-project environments PMIS tools such as Prolog, e-Builder (Trimble Unity Construct), Proliance Adobe Acrobat Sign experience We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
