The role
As one of our Project Manager’s, you will be responsible for managing capital works projects such as strategic initiatives program and store refurbishments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage project life-cycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure) end to end with deliverables such as Financial Management, Risk Management, WHS Management, Procurement and Contract Management, Schedule Management.
  • Implement project management methodologies while embracing 7-Eleven agile ways of working.
  • Show and adept ability to own tasks and complete projects to a high standard independently with support and guidance from the Store Development team.
  • Coordinate onsite construction works and ensure regulatory compliance and WHS adhered to.
  • Conduct site audits, defect inspections and record progress and quality of works

What’s in your toolkit:

  • Similar experience in high-paced role within the construction and development industry. Retail and/or fuel industry exposure would be highly desirable.
  • Embrace agile ways of working and ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong understanding of customer’s need and an eye for detail.
  • Experience working on a program of multiple projects.
  • Knowledge across construction methodologies, NCC and WHS with the ability to identify issues
  • Able to articulate safety compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders
