The Project Manager duties include/but are not limited to: Under moderate supervision assists with overall management administration to large scale, complex project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Employee receives moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by supervisor. Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training. Employee handles some unusual situations independently. Interacts with Superintendents to address project questions/issues. May be engaged in hiring subcontractors, monitoring change orders, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, negotiating solutions to major issues raised during construction that cannot be resolved on the job site at the Superintendent level, ordering removal of employees or dismissal of subs. May interface with design team. May work closely with BIM team and use modelling software. Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, provides assistance and reporting on all facets of the project to ensure all facets are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant construction and/or construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Requirements: Prior experience in a construction project management role with a large general contractor. Construction experience in the following fields: Sports/Stadium Construction Aviation/Airport Construction Knowledge of construction project management, including software (Procore, CMiC). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience with construction documentation such as change order processing, RFP's, RFI's, etc. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and procedures. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
