SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, WHS legislation, and the NCC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects from start to finish. The role involves managing programs, budgets, and resources; coordinating subcontractors and suppliers; ensuring WHS and NCC compliance; and maintaining high standards of quality through to project handover.
