We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Read, understand and implement plans, specifications and designs;
  • Estimate costs including preparing and submitting tenders for new and upcoming work;
  • Arrange labour, material and trade subcontractors including tendering, assessment and engagement to keep within scheduled timelines;
  • Liaise with owners, superintendents and occupants of buildings for access to assist the successful delivery of the project;
  • Request further information from architects and engineers where required to clarify their design intent;
  • Ensure all stakeholders have up-to-date documentation at hand;
  • Coordinate design, and site-based changes with relevant design stakeholders, clients, and specialist trades and direct labour/supervisors;
  • Supervise the subcontractors on site to ensure that the work is progressing correctly and in accordance with the project plan;
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements including all regulations;
  • Maintain the uploading of documents to the relevant portals; and
  • Prepare and maintain project plans and timelines.
