Description
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion while coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and budgets. The position works closely with field teams, clients, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who can independently lead projects and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure project accuracy • Track project costs, change orders, and financial performance • Communicate regularly with clients, field teams, and company leadership regarding project progress • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications • Resolve project challenges that could impact schedule, budget, or quality • Maintain organized project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and contracts • Support procurement and subcontractor coordination as needed • 5+ years of experience in construction project management • Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects • Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and project schedules • Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple project priorities • Experience managing budgets, change orders, and project financials • Strong communication and leadership skills • Proficiency with construction management or project scheduling software • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight Compensation based on experience.
