OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with specifications. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction site experience, including safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent skills in blueprint reading and time management.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
