Description
Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead design review meetings with external consultants, from concept to final design approval. Develop project plans and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing project budgets. Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives and requirements by project progress and provide regular reports to management on project status, risks etc.​ Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Review and approve project design documents, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits, and identifying cost savings opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and contractors. A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years experience managing construction projects. Experience in supplier management and procurement processes, including bidding and negotiation. Experience in MS Project, other core project planning tools, and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
