The Construction Project Manager reports directly to the Principal/Partner and leads the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of assigned projects from bidding through completion. This role works closely with senior management and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing every phase of the project to ensure it is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard of workmanship for which Atlas Supreme is known. Requirements Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation, including bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout. Allocate resources — labor, materials, and equipment — across assigned projects. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to specification. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. Coordination & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and city and county officials. Coordinate closely with senior management, Site Supervisors, and Finance on project status, Change Orders, and budget tracking. Keep project documentation, schedules, and Procore records current and accurate. Cost & Contract Management Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to secure reasonable and competitive order costs. Review and approve subcontractor invoices and Change Orders in Procore. Monitor project budgets and proactively flag cost or schedule risks to senior management. Qualifications 2-year project management/construction management degree with a 3.2 GPA or greater Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications Familiarity with construction management software, preferably Procore as well as Google workspace Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills for managing clients, subcontractors, and vendors Deadline- and detail-oriented. Requirements 40-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) or OSHA 40 This role is based in person, both in the office and in the field. Remote work may be considered on a limited basis once the employee has demonstrated sufficient experience in the role, and only in coordination with their manager.
