We’re seeking a Project Manager who brings thoughtful leadership, a disciplined project execution style, strong communication and technical skills, and a steady commitment to delivering high-quality results.   What You'll Be Accountable For * Delivering Projects Right — The First Time. You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision. * Managing Financial Performance. You will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting. * Holding the Standard With Subcontractors. You will set clear expectations, enforce commitments and follow through, address challenges constructively, and maintain strong, professional working relationships. * Managing Risk Before It Becomes a Problem. You will make and advocate for decisions that are based on data, not assumptions, maintaining a high standard of quality and escalating concerns early in the process to protect the project and the client.
