Midvaal Structures is looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel. This role requires a well-organized individual with excellent leadership, technical, and project management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Solid background in earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel projects
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficient in reading plans, managing timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must be solution-driven and detail-oriented
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Johannesburg South

  Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

• Plan, schedule, and manage multiple construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and site staff
• Oversee budgets, timelines, procurement, and contract compliance
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and construction regulations
• Conduct site visits and provide guidance to foremen and teams
• Track project progress and report to company management
• Solve technical and logistical challenges throughout the project lifecycle
