Job Description Colliers is seeking submissions for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a 12-month secondment contract to work across major residential and mixed-use developments within one of Australia’s leading property groups. Location & Working Arrangements The successful candidate may be based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, with an expectation to attend the office and/or project sites approximately four days per week. Mondays: Attendance required in the Brisbane office Sunshine Coast presence: Workspace available at the Baringa office, alongside Development Managers Key Responsibilities Lead procurement and delivery of civil and infrastructure works for Aura Central Urban Village (ACUV) Manage procurement of a builder for 64 town homes and a community clubhouse Oversee construction delivery, including: Quality assurance Safety compliance Program monitoring and reporting ESG requirements Contract administration Manage civil and infrastructure works at Birtinya Support broader portfolio delivery through internal functions such as: Progress claim processing Bank guarantee releases General project coordination Qualifications About You Demonstrated experience in civil/infrastructure and medium-density building projects Background in apartments, residential or similar developments Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability standards This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant community-shaping projects within a highly regarded organisation.
