THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you’re currently an Assistant PM, Site Manager, or already managing smaller projects, this is your opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery—supported by a collaborative team and clear systems.
This is a Project Manager role, not an engineering position. While we value diverse construction backgrounds, candidates must be able to demonstrate direct experience in managing construction projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery responsibilities.

• Lead construction projects from initiation to handover, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and program.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Monitor budgets and timelines, keeping communication clear and consistent.
• Use project management software (e.g., Procore or similar) to plan, update, and report progress.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement for future projects.
