QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related industry experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
• Proven experience managing commercial/industrial projects $10M+, ideal if you have: tilt-up, warehouse, parking structure, precast concrete experience

• Effective communication skills to motivate your team, delegate tasks, and present proposals to clients with competence and confidence.

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction & Industrial projects from conception to completion in accordance with project deadlines and budgets: warehouses, parking structures, manufacturing, tilt-up, precast etc.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key developments and addressing any potential risks.
