We are seeking an experienced expert to join the Family Office investment team. Position: Construction Project Manager Location: Cyprus, Paphos Employment type: Full-time, office-based What you'll be doing: Managing the company's real estate portfolio (approximately 30 properties). Overseeing the construction of residential properties in various countries (Cyprus, UAE, Italy, UK). Organizing and overseeing the maintenance (repairs) of real estate properties, pre-sale preparation. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize real estate profitability. Negotiating with tenants, buyers, and sellers. Cooperating with legal, financial, and construction teams to ensure effective project management. Organizing and overseeing the real estate purchase and sale process. Preparing reports on the status of the real estate portfolio and financial performance. Expected: Higher education in technical/engineering/construction. Experience and skills in construction technology and finishing processes. Three or more years of experience in international real estate management is REQUIRED. Knowledge of the real estate market and current trends. Proficient in spoken English and Russian.
