JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools including Primavera P6 and ProCore.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site experience.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
