Project Manager

Canberra ACT | Construction Management Qualified

Ready to take the lead on projects that actually make an impact?

We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Project Manager with a Construction Management qualification to join our team in Canberra ACT. If you know how to keep projects moving, manage stakeholders without the drama, and bring structure to a busy construction environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident on the ground, sharp with planning and coordination, and knows how to deliver projects from start to finish without losing sight of quality, budget, or deadlines.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be overseeing construction projects through all stages, making sure everything runs smoothly from planning through to delivery. That means coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and keeping a close eye on site progress, safety, and overall project performance.

You’ll be the kind of person who can juggle the big picture while still staying on top of the finer details.

What we’re looking for

We’re after someone who has:

  • A qualification in Construction Management
  • Proven experience working in a Project Manager role within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build solid working relationships
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems before they become bigger issues
  • A solid understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
  • The ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment

Why join us?

You’ll be joining a team that values good people, clear communication, and a sense of humour! This is a chance to step into a role where your experience will be valued, your input will matter, and your projects will keep you challenged and engaged.

If you’re looking for your next opportunity in Sydney and want to work with a team that backs its people, this could be the role for you.
