Construction Project Manager – Townhome Development (Seattle, WA)

We’re a small, family-run development company based in the Seattle area, and we’re looking for an experienced, reliable Construction Project Manager to take the lead on new construction single family/ townhome project—from permits to punch list.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage the full lifecycle of single-family and townhome projects — from bid buyouts and pre-construction, through vertical construction, to final inspections and project turnover.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, the city (SDCI), subcontractors, and vendors.
Navigate the permitting and inspection process with the City of Seattle and other relevant agencies.
Build and maintain construction schedules, manage budgets, and track costs.
Oversee job site operations and ensure quality, code compliance, and safety.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site activity and progress updates.
We’re Looking For:
at least 5 years of residential construction or small-scale infill development experience (townhome or similar preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Seattle’s zoning, construction codes, and permitting process.
Proven ability to run projects with minimal oversight.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Builder trend, or similar).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Local knowledge and existing relationships with Seattle-area subcontractors a plus.
