JOB SUMMARY:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. This is a new location for Diamond Property Group and our headquarters are in Morristown. TN.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Driver’s License; good driving record
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Project Management position
  • Strong residential building background
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, MS Office and web-based applications
  • Experience in high pressure situations and projects with tight deadlines required
  • Top tier customer service
  • Excellent proactive communication skills including written, verbal and non-verbal methods with both administrative staff and clients
  • Ability to work independently to carry out the scope of the project with minimal oversight and assistance
  • Effective leadership skills for small and large teams including company employees and subcontractors
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
