• Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquire equipment and materials, monitor stocks, and handle inadequacies.
• Hire contractors and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise laborers and provide guidance when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience as a construction project manager.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
