QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Must be local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Experience in retail, grocery, industrial, or automotive dealership projects strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) or Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead diverse construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in retail, grocery, industrial, and/or automotive dealership projects, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
