DESCRIPTION

• Permanent position for a Mission Critical Project Manager specializing in the design of Data Centers and Mission Critical Facilities.
• Responsible for consulting reports and full architectural and engineering construction drawings / specifications, and construction project management.
• Responsible for client interface and communication.
• Develop and issue “notes of meeting”.
• Develop and issue project schedules.
• On-site attendance with agendas of the client meetings.
• Attendance and support of project conference calls and video conference meetings.
• Review and follow-up of project action items.
• Travel to client sites anticipated 10-15% of calendar year.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting reports, full architectural/engineering construction drawings / specifications, and construction field reports of data center/mission critical projects.
• Must have experience interfacing with the multitude of technical and administrative personnel.
• Practical experience in a consulting, design, engineering, or construction firm of mission critical facilities is required.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, Visio, and AutoCAD (a plus), and CSI format specifications.
