Our client is a local contractor working on a variety of projects in the residential space. They’re looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project; the Project Manager will be monitor and manage the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of multiple commercial projects

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with healthcare projects preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
