Description

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team in the Milwaukee area. This individual will lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects may include retail spaces, office buildings, restaurants, banks, light industrial facilities, and other commercial developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering ground-up and/or interior remodel projects in the commercial space.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and project sequencing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

    Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from estimating support and permitting through final punch list and turnover.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate on-site construction activities in collaboration with field teams and superintendents.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control standards are met on all job sites.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and progress meetings to track milestones and resolve any field issues.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
