POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, gaining real-world experience while helping to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, field teams, and clients to coordinate and manage projects from start to finish. This role is designed to help you learn the ins and outs of project management in the construction industry, with mentorship and opportunities for advancement as you develop your skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus, but not required

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in construction management or a related field is a plus

• Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction projects from initial planning to project completion
• Track and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily updates.
• Work with the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Learn how to manage project schedules, resources, and site logistics
