ABOUT US:

Neri Architects is an established design-build firm based in Park Ridge, Illinois. For over 35 years, we have designed and built hundreds of projects that have helped shape the surrounding community. Our work includes residential new construction and renovations, as well as mixed-use and multifamily commercial developments—all typically located within a 5–20 mile radius of Park Ridge. We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join our collaborative team and help deliver high-quality projects with efficiency and care.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for a well-rounded professional who can take ownership of both project management and estimating. You will be involved from the early planning phases through construction completion—working closely with our in-house architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a small team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction project management and estimating
• Familiarity with both new construction and renovation processes
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and trades
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents
• Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management tools (Buildertrend or similar preferred)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (local travel required)
