Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and pre-construction phases of commercial healthcare projects.

The role involves managing project planning, estimating, consultant and design coordination, procurement, tendering and client engagement to ensure projects are thoroughly planned and ready for successful delivery.

Applicants should have strong commercial construction experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project outcomes.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
