Extol Developments Inc. is a construction management firm based in Regina, SK executing commercial and multi-family residential projects. Through clear, concise, and transparent communication, we strive to exceed client expectations and deliver projects as committed.
We are looking for a self-starter with an energetic results-oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. As a project manager you will develop detailed project plans, efficiently coordinate people and processes, and ensure resource availability and allocation. You will be the go-to person for everything regarding project organization and timeline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license, drivers abstract, and criminal record check.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or diploma in architectural technologies.
• Experience with construction project management.
• Excellent time management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Canadian building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience working with M365 programs, AutoCAD, and/or Revit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

  Pay: $72,800.00-$105,000.00 per year

• Manage relationships with clients, team members, subtrades, and vendors.
• Coordinate meetings to clarify project requirements and review progress.
• Develop and maintain project plans including budgets, timelines, resource availability and allocation, and change orders using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
• Visit project sites to enforce quality control, schedule alignment, safety requirements, and risk management.
• Communicate clearly and consistently, de-escalate conflicts, and resolve technical issues.
• Competently lead projects through all phases to deliver results on time, within scope and budget.
